EFFECTIVE DATE: DECEMBER, 2021

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://www.desiremykonos.gr website (the “Service”) operated by DESIRE (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

GENERALLY

For the use of any of the services of our company, a contract is drawn up for the provision of services with each party, where it is defined with the first beginning and the end of the services provided by us, the object of the service provided to the customer, the price the customer must pay to the company and the terms of use depending on the service where the customer must fully comply.

PAYMENT

From the moment a contract is drawn up, the customer is obliged to prepay 30% of the total price by bank transfer to the company's bank account within 24 hours from the drafting of the contract so that his request is considered valid and the reservation is confirmed.

`The ultimate purpose of the percentage prepayment of 30% by the customer is to ensure the availability of services of his choice, which will be provided by our company to him during his stay.

The remaining amount of the total fee (70%) must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.

In case the reservation is less than 30 days before the arrival, the 2nd payment will be settled on the date mentioned in the reservation contract.

The customer is obliged to pay the balance of the total fee (70%) of the service on the date stated in the booking agreement or by bank transfer to the bank account of the company. In case the payment is made upon arrival of the customer, the payment is accepted by credit / debit card or by using cash.

PRICING

The pricing of the respective services consists of the main executive of the service while then it is subject to the current tax regime according to the provisions of the Greek State and the Greek Government with a tax rate of 24% as legally provided.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of a request of the respective service, the customer is obliged to notify the company no earlier than 15 days before the start date of the contract, in this case the prepayment of 30% is returned to the customer by bank transfer, in any other case where the company is not notified in time no earlier than 15 days before the contract start date, the prepayment of 30% is withheld by the company and is non-refundable.

OTHER CASES

In case the customer does not show up 100% of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.

In case of early departure 100% of the remaining cost of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
